Did anyone in America know the term “social distancing” two months ago?  As West Virginians we have always been accustomed to social distance along our country roads and on our farms and forestlands.  In fact that is the big reason most folks go from town to their land is to get out there, enjoy the land in all its facets, and social distance at least for the weekend.  Truth is, many of the secrets and benefits of owning West Virginia land are starting to be recognized for all of their unique benefits to owners and even others as a whole.
